Rapper, Olamide was livid at The Headies 2015 awards, as his YBNL artiste, Lil Kesh failed to win the Next Rated Artiste category.
Lil Kesh, who had a successful year, was beaten to the award by Mavin starlet, Reekado Banks.
Olamide got the perfect opportunity to vent his frustration over Lil Kesh’s omission when he accompanied another YBNL artiste, Adekunle Gold, to the stage to receive his award for Best Alternative Artiste.
The rapper went berserk after the microphone was handed to him by Adekunle Gold.
He said: “To be honest, Adekunle Gold, this award belongs to Lil Kesh. He is our next rated artiste. He had back to back hits throughout the year – Lyrically, Shoki, Gbese and Efejoku. Fuck this shit”.
Speaking further, Olamide delved into profanities, which he uttered in the Yoruba dialect. “Baba iya eyan. Ko ni dafun Iya Anybody. Fuck that shit.”
After baring his mind, the rapper threw the microphone on the floor and stormed off the stage with his YBNL soldiers.
