Love, worship and charity | Wale Adenuga, Nathaniel Bassey, others set the Green Worship on fire

We praise people who give their lives to help others as we don’t see, everyday, people who dedicate their ‘power’ to save others.

Also, Praise deepens the bond of love between humans and God. In praise and worship, we rehearse his love for us, and in effect, fan the fire of love for him that spirit has started within us.

Pastor Wale Adenuga set The Fountain of Life Church, Iluepeju, on fire with the #GreenWorship program that saw the attendance of over 4,000 worshippers, and the attendees will thank him for that wonderful praise and worship evening.

The Green Worship program (the first of its kind), took place on Monday, June 26, 2017, at the Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, and a long list of popular gospel artistes were invited.

Who would have thought that a program that “big” would have singers who attended to bless the worshippers with their voice without collecting any form of payment?

Well, that is the case with the Green Worship where twelve of Nigeria’s finest gospel artistes: Panem Percy Paul, Sammie Okposo, Eben, Solomon Lange, Pita, TY Bello, Freke Umoh, Glowreeyah Braimah, Nathaniel Bassey, Spirit of David dance group, Muyiwa Olanrewaju and Buchi, moved worshippers into the spirit – without payment.

The proceeds from the worship program sponsored by a host of worship centres, will be given to select charities: Down Syndrome Centre, Cerebral Palsy Centre, Lady Atinuke Memorial Home Badagry, Leprosy Mission Nigeria.

Adenuga said the CD’s of the programme will be sold within and outside Nigeria and the goal is to make a N100 million in order to help the lives of those in those charity centres.
