Yvonne Jegede Fawole shuts down reports of miscarriage

Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede Fawole has rejected unfounded claims made about her by a gist blog, Nollyzone.

The blog had reported that the actress who married late veteran, Bukky Ajayi‘s son, Abounce earlier this year “suffered a miscarriage in August”. They went on to write that, “Yvonne got people talking when she flaunted her bare naked belly on location in Kwara state over the weekend.”

In refuting the claims, Yvonne wrote, “Miscarriage means the death of a child and should not be joked with. You don’t have to wish me bad because you are looking for news.

Fast and Furious 9 has a new release date

We won’t ask if you’re ready for it because we think you now have ample time to prepare!

Yes! The 9th part in the Fast and Furious franchise will be hitting theaters in April, 2020.

A 2019 release date had earlier been circulated when Furious star, Vin Diesel announced the dates for the eighth, ninth and tenth parts in an Instagram post in 2016.

While we wait for part 9, the Fast and Furious family will be holding a live tour in 2018 so rev your engines in anticipation.

 

Taylor Swift leads the MTV EMAs nominations pack

The nominees for the 2017 MTV EMAs have been announced and Taylor Swift is leading with six nominations.

The ‘Look What You Made Me Do‘ singer was nominated in the Best Artist, Best US Act, Best Look, Best Song, Best Video and Biggest Fans categories.

Following closely behind is Shawn Mendes with five nominations while Ed Sheeran and Kendrick Lamar got four.

Nominated in the Best African Act category are Nigeria’s Wizkid and Davido. They will be going head to head with Babes Wodumo (South Africa) C4 Pedro (Angola), Nasty C (South Africa) and Nyashinski (Kenya).

Gabrielle Union reveals her fertility struggles in new book

People Magazine got a hold of Being Mary Jane actress, Gabrielle Union‘s new memoir, We’re Going To Need More Wine and has published excerpts from it.

Union opened up on failed IVF treatments and staying in love with her basketballer husband, Dywane Wade as they commit to do anything to have a child.

The book is set to be released on 17 October.
