Banky W becomes Uber’s 1st ambassador in Nigeria

Singer Banky W has been named Uber Nigeria’s first brand ambassador.

The singer took to his Instagram page on Thursday to announce the contract, stating that he got a car for his driver to start up an Uber business for both of them.

“One of my favourite quotes is the one that says: “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a meal. Teach a man to fish and you’ve fed him for life.” I believe very strongly in putting the people around me in a position to be more successful. My driver @lado212 is an awesome guy.. and I wanted him to be able to earn more than just his salary & tips, so I got a small car and we put it on Uber, that way instead of him sitting around all day waiting for me while I’m in the studio, office, or on set, he can hit the road and generate income for us.. and then we split it at the end of the month. It’s worked so well that I am now really hoping to continue to do this for more of the young people around me, as God gives me grace,” he wrote.

Kiss Daniel has said he is looking for a fan who returned his expensive jewelry during his performance at the BBK home coming.

According to the singer who took to his Twitter page on Wednesday, where he posted the video where the fan returned the chain during his performance, he has something to give back to the awesome guy.

“I really wanna appreciate the fan that gave back my chain when it fell off last night. Thanks a lot. Tag him pls, I have something for him,” he tweeted.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are addressing rumors surrounding their separation.

“The media is fabricating stories and none of these accusations are remotely true,” a rep for Channing tells E! News in a statement. “Channing and Jenna released an honest and loving statement which is the only truth.”

After eight years of marriage, the duo, who share a 4-year-old daughter named Everly, announced their separation in a joint statement to fans on social media Monday.

Following the announcement, rumors started flying about Channing and Jenna and what caused them to split up. But a source is calling reports that drinking or flirting had anything to do with the couple’s split “fiction.”

“These are not issues, this is fiction. We understand that everyone is super interested in speculating on their private life and that there are people who think they have an idea of the inner life of this relationship, but it’s simply not the case,” the source tells E! News. “They are lovingly deciding to continue their lives together as friends and parents of Everly because that’s how their relationship has grown.”

Cardi B responds to pregnancy rumours

 

Cardi B’s business is hers and hers alone.

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper is a day away from the release of her first studio album, Invasion of Privacy, but the only question on fans’ minds has nothing to do with her music: Is Cardi B pregnant?

Reports have claimed the hip-hop superstar and her fiancé, Migos rapper Offset, are expecting their first child together, but Cardi’s lips are still sealed. She responded to the speculation during an interview with Beats 1 on Apple Music, saying, “I just feel like people gotta tune in a little bit on album and they will know a little bit more. Because it’s like I can’t address all the rumors and everything.”

Cardi acknowledged how “open” she’s been with fans about her personal life in the past, but added, “People can not expect me to be open about everything.”

And for now at least, Cardi plans to keep any alleged baby news to herself.

“Certain things about me have to be private,” she shared. “You can not invade my privacy, I’m not a damn animal at the zoo where you just could see everything. No!” People will just find out more. If it arrive or if it don’t arrive then you gonna know what the f–k is going on.”
