At least 81 people died in an overnight terrorist attack in the Borno, a plethora of reports have confirmed. Suspected members of the Islamic extremist group Boko Haram carried out the attack in Foduma Kolomaiya village in the Gubio area of Borno, leaving scores dead. The Northeastern region has been afflicted with terrorists, including states like Kaduna where there was a massacre not quite long.

Nigerians on social media have decried these killings and asked the government to intervene as rapidly as possible.
