The Big Brother Naija Reunion show last night was glitz and glam as Ebuka sat down with the beautiful ladies of the BBNaija “Pepper Dem” Edition.
It was a ladies edition and to say the room was a sight for sore eyes would be an understatement. Again, since it was an all-ladies edition, regardless of the radiance, once the conversation kick-started, the claws were drawn.
These ladies had a lot to say about each other, but the general idea was the harm they inflicted on each other while in the house. Most of the ladies felt like they didn’t have each other’s back and this episode was used to address that. Ella‘s name resonated throughout the entire show, seeing as she was the centre of a number of altercations in the house.
Avala began by pointing out Ella’s singing. She stated that her singing was much and annoying. After leaving the house, the Avala and Ella beef only escalated. Ella unfollowed and blocked Avala on social media over what was then straightened out to be a misunderstanding. Although Avala claimed to have no issue with Ella.
Venita, on the other hand, had nothing but high praise for her girls. She preached one love among the girls, noting that she had their backs and didn’t feel distant from the girls. She was also proud of the fact that most of the female housemates for the Pepper Dem season were actually talented. Although she did admit that issues of mistrust were a big thing, in and out of the house.
For Jackey, she admired the relationship that Venita and Enkay had, describing them as sisters. The fish incident between Tacha and Thelma came up again but Tacha swept the issue under the rug, stating that it was all a big misunderstanding.
To cap the show, Kim Oprah brought up the issue of Ella labelling Tacha as smelling. Tacha noted that she wouldn’t want to go back and forth with the issue and as such, forgave Ella.
