It’s day 24 of the Big Brother Pepper Dem Reunion show, and host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu started with small talks about parties hosted during the season of the show. The former housemates started to share party memories – Tuoyo spoke about one party in the house that was dull. He said that the only lively person in the party was Mercy. Mercy in turn attributed her party behavior to having worked as a video vixen/stripper. “Strippers and video vixen when we hear the sound of music, I lose my home training.”
Omashola said he had a good time with the parties because this time he didn’t have to act as promoter, taking care of things in the party, but being in the party himself.
Jackye who was called out for always sitting out parties in the house, spoke about why she didn’t participate in parties. She spoke about an incident where she was sexually assaulted at a party, because she didn’t go with her boyfriend. Seeing as her boyfriend wasn’t in the house she didn’t feel too safe.
Ike, Tuoyo, and Mercy
The Ike and Tuoyo and Mercy incident was revisited. The day in question, Tuoyo was a bit too handy with Mercy during a BBN party and Ike didn’t appreciate that, stirring a fight afterwards.
According to Tuoyo, he was just having fun. He claimed that he didn’t know he was causing a problem. Ike on the other hand didn’t seem to buy what Tuoyo said, seeing as on that day he was holding Mercy in a very provocative way.
Mercy, however, admitted to doing it just to get Ike jealous. According to her, she had asked Ike for a kiss and he refused, so she decided to grind on Ike, to make him react. Apparently her plan worked.
After everything, Ike said he didn’t have any issue with Tuoyo asides the dancing thing. He noted that asides that Tuoyo was his workout buddy, and when he left the house, he was a bit pained.
For Chinedu Okafor, its all about making an impact with words, creating a profound impression on the audience with the intended narrative.
