Looking back at Day 5 in the Big Brother Naija house, we can tell that some of the housemates are finally getting more comfortable with each other.

We cannot necessarily point out any cliques yet, but we can tell that certain people take pleasure in each other’s company. There seems to be some form of fondness between Ozo and Dora, a bromance between Eric and Neo, a thing between Trickytee and Wathoni, and some shared moments between Vee and Neo.

Asides the bonds being formed, there were a number of interesting events, and conversation in the house today.

Laycon

Laycon as usual, continued to push his his music, and a high point for him today was when he got to perform one of his songs for the housemates.

Travel Experiences

Still on the mission of getting to know each other better, Biggie asked the housemates to share their travel experiences with one another, and the housemates had a lot to narrate.

Just to mention a few, Ka3na has been to South Africa, Praise has been to South Korea and Brighto has been to Egypt. For Tolanibaj, she was born in London and Laycon has performed in Benin Republic.

Kaisha

Of all the travel experiences shared, Kaisha’s was downright one of the most impressive. In a seemingly surprising revelation, she claimed to have been to five countries including, Togo, Ghana, England, Poland and Germany. This had a lot of fans reacting on Twitter.

Thursday wager game

For the Thursday wager game, the housemates were split into two groups, the ladies and the gents, and the group that managed to score the highest points, would be awarded a treat. However the housemates from both groups had to score a total of 30 points, in order to win the week’s wager, which determines how much food, drinks, and other threats, they would be afforded the next week.

Each housemate was made to answer two questions about the opposite sex, and a correct answer denotes one point. The housemates scored a total of 17 points, 10 from the ladies and 7 from the guys, which meant they lost their first wager. Nevertheless, the ladies would be given the special treat Biggie promised.

Ozo and Nengi 

A stand out moment during the wager game was when Nengi went against her group to sacrifice a point for Ozo. She offered up one of her point as wager that Ozo would score his next question, he didn’t and it cost her and the ladies one point.

Fans of the show are decoding the act as Nengi shooting her shot, seeing as she had once stated that if she wants someone, she pursues him aggressively.

While some fans are rooting for these pair to become a thing, there are those opposed to it, as they would prefer to see Ozo with Dorathy.

We also got to find out that Dora’s crush is popular Kogi politician, Senator Dino Melaye.
