A delegation of Abuja religious and traditional leaders, including government officials led by the FCT Minister, Mohammed Bello, visited Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Sunday to pay him homage on the occasion of end of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
In his speech, Osinbajo urged all Nigerians to shun religious disunity, come together to help citizens and develop the nation, as “the best attributes of citizenship can be found in the faiths.”
He also said the duty of everyone, whether Christian or Muslim, is to ensure that government resources are used to enhance the good of the majority of the people.
