#UCLDraw: Manchester City draw Real Madrid, Bayern Munich to face Athletico Madrid

Manchester City will face a stern test while squaring up against Real Madrid in their quest for an historic place in the finals, while Bayern Munich would have to break through the resilient Athletico Madrid.

The fixtures were announced during Friday’s Champions League semi-final draw in Nyon.

This means that City manager Manuel Pellegrini will face his former team, Madrid who he coached in 2009-10.

Bayern Munich’s Pep Guardiola would make a return to Spain to face Diego Simeone‘s side -Athletico Madrid.

The first legs of the semi-finals will hold on April 26 and 27, with the return legs scheduled for May 3 and 4.

Manchester City and Atletico Madrid would host the first legs at Etihad and the Vicente Calderon respectively.
