Trump scheduled to visit Florida in the wake of Hurricane Irma

Just like he did during the days of Hurricane Harvey which ravaged Texas and Louisiana, President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump will travel to Florida on Thursday.

The President and First Lady will survey damages inflicted on the sunshine state by Hurricane Irma, which made landfall in southwest Florida on Sunday morning and left massive destruction in its wake before moving into Georgia and the predicted areas of Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.

White House press secretary, Sarah Sanders while confirming the development at Tuesday press briefing said, “The president’s action during these times demonstrate why he’s a true leader who can bring the country together and get things done for the American people”. She however did not provide detail of the areas the President would visit.
