Travel Bay is scheduled to be unveiled at the upcoming Social Media Week Lagos. The 3-day event at Capital Square, Lekki, is to run from February 23–25, 2015 and will feature curated photographs from Instagram entries.

“Travel Bay, a start-up looking to democratize the travel experience and is proud to open shop with this exhibition themed to celebrate the upwardly mobile and optimistic African.” said Yoma Victor, Co-Founder of Travel Bay.

Nigeria is a country of 170million people, and with a growing middle class, we have millions of people who can afford travel but have challenges lumping out a huge sum at the date of departure. Travel Bay is here to look out for everyone to ensure you can plan as an individual, family, group, organisation, etc, towards a vacation, retreat or holiday. We are here to ensure that vacation doesn’t put a hole in your pocket.

“The exhibition is made possible thanks to the support of our partners including Uber Lagos, Printivo, Capital Square, Social Media Week Lagos, The Sole Adventurer and Wild Ripples”. He added.

Attendees can easily access the exhibition centre with discounted Uber Rides by using the KEEPONMOVING codes upon downloading the app here. They can also take up other partner gifts like the 20% discount off business card and other print orders from Printivo.

The unveiling event takes place on the last day of the 3-day exhibition. It’d see the founders pitch what Travel Bay is all about, a Question and Answer session, and announcement of top photo entries for the exhibition.
