The rumors that the marriage of Toyin Aimakhu and her estranged husband Adeniyi Johnson, is over, may indeed be true.
The couple recently split over allegations of infidelity on the part of Johnson, and the pair have been making solo public appearances since then.
The most recent was the screening of Mercy Aigbe-Gentry’s new movie.
Punch reports that Adeniyi arrived at the movie screening lighthearted and full of life.
He was asked about his defunct marriage and he reportedly said: “I would not like to talk about my private life because I am here to support my sister, Mercy Aigbe-Gentry, as she unveils her new movie. You should be sensitive to what is going on. I would not want to talk about my private life but once I am ready, you would be the first to know.”
The report further stated that when Toyin Aimakhu arrived the venue of the screening, Adeniyi upped and left.
But his departure didn’t appear to put a downer on Toyin’s mood, as she was reported to have had a good time at the movie screening.
