So Victor Asemota, CEO of Swifta System shared a harrowing experience of a woman at Lagos International airport with Nigerian Immigration officers. He recommended that these sorts of issues are what Nigerian militant feminists should be tackling, instead of their usual online battles.
Trust Nigerians not to let anything slide.
@TheBlackHermit responded to @asemota’s statement. Do see below.
The call:
7. I became a feminist yesterday evening as I watched this woman suffering and my blood was boiling. I realized how truly backward we were

8. I knew it would all end up in extortion. The lady was already pleading and offering dollars. I walked away annoyed. That is Nigeria.

And response:

Feminists are not some sort of rapid response squad or rescue team. There is no 0800-FEMINIST

You come across an issue, instead of saying something or doing something, you're here mooing about "real feminists".

Oh, and one more thing: Feminists are NOT your babysitters. Thank God Google now has billboards, perhaps you can finally locate and use it.
