The Thread: The good thing about ASUU strikes

Strikes are a way of life in Nigeria. They are the last resort for organizations seeking to bend the Federal Government to their will, particularly after failed negotiations. From the health sector to the oil and gas sector to the transportation sector and of course, the education sector, the reliance on strike is overwhelming. Of all the sectors, though, students are usually the worst hit because more often than not, they might sit at home from one month to upwards of a year.
