This 5-foot-long snake slithered out of someone’s toilet (LOOK)

Who would have thought that any given moment, a five-foot-long snake could just emerge from the sewage line and into your toilet? Well it happened in San Diego.

It happened when an executive of a Downtown PR and marketing firm noticed the water levels looked high and began plunging the toilet to let the water.

Which was when the snake suddenly popped out, according to a statement later released by employees of the firm, “it just popped out of the bowl and started slithering towards the woman”, the statement said.

Although it still isn’t clear how the reptile ended up in the toilet and where it slithered to, animal control officers eventually found the snake cowering behind the toilet, but it didn’t exactly give them an easy time while at it, leaving a memorabilia behind following its impending demise- It bit one of the handler’s upon recovery.

However, it’s “not completely unusual” for animals to enter plumbing systems. According to the PR firm’s release, this is common especially in rural areas or in old buildings with stone foundations.
