Did T.B Joshua predict Jacob Zuma’s woes? (WATCH)

How specific are prophecies meant to be?

It would appear that Malawian President, Peter Mutharika claimed a prophesy made by Pastor T.B Joshua -which was not meant for him.

The question is why did Mutharika swiftly claim a prophesy that was at best very vague?

Paranoia maybe or a deep rooted superstitious fear?

The leader of The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) had on Sunday, January 3, said that prayers should be said for leaders of the Southern region of Africa, adding that some troubling times lie in wait ahead.

The prophecy was declared in the presence of thousands of Synagogue worshipers and also televised.

TB Joshua had said: “I am being careful so that the press does not misquote me because the message is very sensitive.”

“Ending of February to April are very peculiar months in the Southern African sub-region. Let us observe prayer sessions at the beginning and end of the month for our leaders.”

T.B Joshua however, refused to reveal any more details about the nature of the problem he allegedly foresaw or the specific Southern African leader that would be affected.

Despite the Pastor’s warning against being misquoted, Mutharika went ahead to claim the prophesy and lampoon T.B Joshua.

The misinterpretation might be due to the very open ended and vague nature of the prophecy OR the sensationalism mongery of the media -as it was reported that T.B Joshua predicted Mutharika would die before Friday, April 1.

Mutharika had said: “I’m told there is a man in Nigeria called Joshua and he is saying that Zimbabwe President, Robert Mugabe and Malawian President, Peter Mutharika will die before April 1st. Let me tell you, Joshua… you will fail. What you did in 2012 will not happen again this year.”

The 2012 he referred to would mean the year his brother Bingu Mutharika, a former President, died within the time frame T.B Joshua predicted he would die.

New speculations however, implies that the subject of Joshua’s prophecy may be South Africa’s president, Jacob Zuma who was recently dumped in a quagmire following a court ruling against him.

On Thursday, March 31, Zuma was convicted of violating the country’s constitution by South Africa’s highest court after he failed to repay government money spent on his private home.

Zuma is now under pressure to resign as he is faced with South Africa’s biggest scandal yet.

Did T.B Joshua really predict this?
