This afternoon, Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw, through her management, issued a disclaimer distancing herself from comedian, Akpororo’s show – which is holding next month.
Kate was advertised by the comedian as the host of the event but according to the actress, she was not contacted by the organisers of the event.
Here is a snapshot of the statement she posted on Instagram.
Although Akpororo tendered an apology, the comedian said he was already in contact with the actress in regards to her hosting the show.

From his apology, it appears Kate Henshaw‘s grievance is with his failure to follow-up with her before going to ahead to use her name to advertise the show.
