So the President finally decided to take action regarding the Secretary to the Government of the Federation who’s been accused of violating due process in the award of contracts under the Presidential Initiative on the North East.

The suspension comes almost 7 months since the allegations were levelled against him. In that time, the House of Representatives has indicted him, the public has expressed outrage while the President has tried to defend him by saying that the investigation against him in the legislature was unfair.

Finally, he has been suspended as a result of the allegations by the President but the SGF says he has no idea of his suspension (which is public knowledge by the way).
