President Muhammadu Buhari has confirmed the appointment of Abike Dabiri-Erewa as his Senior Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora.
Dabiri-Erewa was born in Jos, Plateau state and was elected to represent Ikorodu Constituency in Lagos state at the House of Representatives in 2003.
She was also reelected in 2007 and 2011 and was the chair of the House Committee on Diaspora Affairs and Chair of the House Committee on Media and Publicity.
