42 alleged homosexuals were arrested and ‘quickly’ charged to court, what is the LASG trying to prove?

LGBT

Some ’42’ alleged ‘homosexuals’ were apprehended at Vintage Hotel, No. 999 Ikorodu Road, Owode Onirin, Lagos, and have since been charged to court, alongside the owner and staff of the hotel.

The ’42’ boys, comprising 28 adults and 12 minors were ‘caught in the act’ and so, replying “not guilty” in court was a waste of time.

There are two things, however, that must be accentuated.

One, as usual, there’s disparity in the figures that were arrested, compared to the details of the adults.

In mathematics, 28 + 12 = 40. But, reports, even by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Abayomi Shogunle says “42 homosexuals have been arrested.”

Do we still have to ask where the other two went? Or, maybe they stepped out to stretch their legs, considering they were previously engaged in things some apologists would call “unnatural”.

That aside, another question that should be lingering in the minds of concerned citizens is why 42 badoo boys have not been charged to court, or why 42 kidnappers have not been apprehended.

Sometimes, we don’t even know what confirmation we should digest.

(An aside): Remember the “Epe Six”, where our dear Nigerian Police ‘confirmed’ that 20 kidnappers were killed to secure the release of those boys, in sharp contrast with a statement from the kidnappers (still at large) who also confirmed that none of their members were touched.

The Police and the Lagos State Government are trying to prove something with these 42 boys but we don’t know what it is yet.

Meanwhile, what evidence was presented in court to prove the guiltiness of the “Ikorodu 42”?

We would keep tracking this…
