Kogi governor, Yahaya Bello has appointed Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson-Okogie as his senior special assistant on entertainment, arts and culture.

She was appointed alongside 53 other Senior Special Assistants.

The statement said the appointment is to recognise and encourage outstanding contributions to the New Direction Agenda.
