“Nobody has been able to show any proof” | Trump is sad about Russian investigation

In the  long, winding, almost year long drama series that has been center of President Trump’s administration, the probe has seen its share of twists and turns from the firing of FBI Director James Comey, to Comey’s testimonies, the appointment of a special counsel, and now the possible investigations into President Trump for obstruction of justice.

Trump is having none of it. He took to Twitter, Thursday to rail on the prospects of being investigated for allegedly asking fired FBI Director James Comey to stop investigations into former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

“They made up a phony collusion with the Russians story, found zero proof, so now they go for obstruction of justice on the phony story. Nice.”

And then;

He’s not done yet. President Trump on Friday tweeted that despite the months of investigations and hearings, no proof had emerged.

“After 7 months of investigations & committee hearings about my “collusion with the Russians,” nobody has been able to show any proof. Sad!

Since the probe commenced, no evidence of a possible collusion of the Trump campaign with Russian government.
