The Enugu State Police command says that it is yet to receive reports about the threats to the life of Rev. Father Camillus Ejike Mbaka.
Mbaka, who is the founder of Adoration Ministry, had alleged that his life was in danger, after he criticised President Goodluck Jonathan’s government on New Year eve.
Mbaka made the criticism while delivering a sermon tagged, “From Good luck to Bad luck” during the end-of-year Adoration mass which held from night till dawn at the Adoration Ground, Emene, Enugu.
However, Enugu state Police command dismissed the claims, stating that Mbaka should have reported to the Police for appropriate action, if his life was truly in danger.
Meanwhile, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ebere Amaraizu said: “We do not have any report by Fr. Mbaka over threat to his life. We have not received any complaint from him.”
