President Goodluck Jonathan was in Ndjamena, Chad on Monday, 8 September, to meet with Chadian President, Idriss Deby.
The purpose of the trip was to discuss the menace of Islamic terrorist sect, Boko Haram, and ways to put an end to their terror attacks.
Also present at the talks was former Borno Governor, Senator Alli Mordu Sheriff, who was recently named as a sponsor of the sect, by Australian negotiator, Dr. Stephen Davis.
A small crowd of Nigerians living in Chad, were present to welcome GEJ, with Nigerian hand-flags and stoic, expressionless faces.
