N49 million cash, 900 airline staff sacked | 5 numbers that mattered this week

N49millionThe EFCC intercepted five sacks containing new naira notes of this amount at the Kaduna International airport. The sacks contained 20 bundles of N200 notes and 180 bundles of N50 notes all totaling N49 million.

900 – Aero Contractors lays off 900 members of its workforce for redundancy. The affected staff would be paid their pensions and gratuities.
