From the Twitter fingers that brought you the animal farm analogy for Nigeria’s political situation months ago comes another thought-provoking breakdown of this administration’s latest undoing, this time using football.

It is no longer news that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration has failed Nigerians. His government has become the butt of jokes for even some of the people who are in it and Senator Shehu Sani is a case in point.

Nigeria is currently going through a phase where our biggest problems as a nation seep directly from the top. In an administration that constantly touts an anti-corruption stance, we’ve witnessed some of the biggest pro-corruption moves that leave many in disappointment and absolute contempt for President Buhari and his cronies, or in this case, “linesmen”.

But you’ve probably heard all these before…

Here’s something you may find unfamiliar:

We, “the spectators”, may have to borrow from Senator Sani’s wealth of words in describing the disease that is eating into and threatening the existence of Buhari’s government: CABALOCRACY!
