Gunmen have reportedly attacked a bus carrying Coptic Christians in Minya Province, South of the capital, Cairo, Egypt on Friday.

The attack is said to have left 20 people dead, wounding dozens others, health officials say. 

A health ministry spokesman said at least 23 people were killed and 25 wounded in the attack.
