Superstar Davido has downplayed insinuations and rumours that he is at war with some colleagues in the Nigerian music industry.
There had been indications of a supremacy battle between the DMW boss and Starboy Wizkid.
Davido, however, on Saturday night, while receiving the award for Musician of the Year at the 2017 edition of The Future Awards Africa said he is at dagger drawn with anybody.
He said, “It’s been a great year for me. Thank you guys for this award. I also want us to all come together as Nigerians as one. I also want to say for this industry, me I no dey fight anybody ooh.”
Davido won the music category ahead of artistes such as Tekno Miles, Kiss Daniel, Adekunle Gold and Simi.
