A few days ago, an Instagram post from an an account @NonsiDiobi1 claimed that Nollywoood actor, Nonso Diobi was involved in a fatal accident.
In light of this and the subsequent reactions from his fans and friends, Nonso Diobi has said he was never involved in any accident.
Nonso said the person behind the Instagram account @NonsiDiobi1 was an impersonator trying to pull a scam.
The actor revealed this in an audio recording obtained by Colossus Gists, warning people not to give anyone funds on his behalf.
He was quoted as saying: “This is to comfirm that the news was false and not from me. My instagram account is @NonsoDiobi and if you check my account you will realize that I didn’t send such a message.”
“The message came from an impersonator @NonsoDiobi1 or whatever name they are using now. It is totally false. I’m fine and nothing happened. None of this news that have been coming through are true. Please disregard anybody carrying on with this message.”
