Nigerian singer and entertainer, D’banj, is at the peak of conversation today on Nigeria Twitter, with an update to the rape accusations levied against him. Nigerians on social media have reacted as many expressed what the update from the singer means to them.

Recall that lifestyle model and stylist, Seyitan Babalola, had accused the singer of raping her some years ago, which was followed with speculations that the singer kidnapped Seyitan and manipulated her to recant her accusation on social media by deleting tweets of the accusation.

However, after much debate on Twitter, D’banj has on Monday replied the audience that called for his suspension on many platforms through a video where he was seen singing and dancing.
