Singer Harrysong has been accused of stealing photos to announce the arrival of his twins.

News broke that the singer and his girlfriend welcomed twins earlier this week.

His media team later released a statement confirming the news.

“The baby boy has been christened, ‘Perez’ meaning wealth in Ijaw language, the baby girl’s name was adapted from Harrysong’s own name (Tare) and has been called ‘Tarela’, which means love,” the statement said.

On Saturday, Harrysong uploaded a picture of twins on his Instagram account but didn’t directly say they were the twins.

He said, “Welcome Tarela and Perez youngest,freshest and most adorable altersoldiers”

An Instagram account was also opened for the twins.

One of the photos was however discovered to be from the University of Kansas Neonatology website.

The other was also discovered to be a stock image.

Recall that actress Oge Okoye had also stolen a picture of dogs belonging to Kenya Moore, claiming they were her pets.
