Governor Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari, who earlier this week declared a meningitis outbreak to be the will of God (specifically, punishment for fornication) leads a state where over 200 people have died from the bacterial outbreak. Elsewhere, Kaduna State Governor Nasir Elrufai joins the ranks of Nigerian leaders acknowledging the disparity between the ages of country leaders and the citizens in whose service they are supposed to work, rising into the top ten in the process. Elrufai’s contention appears to be majorly with his own energy levels and the degree to which those are affected by individual youth (or lack there of,) but we will accept the point either way.

So, from best to worst, we bring you the top ten on our latest YNaija effectiveness ranking.
