There’s no love lost between Kunle Afolayan and CD pirates and even hawkers.
The award-winning Nollywood director was in Lagos traffic on Thursday, 4 September, and he came across a hawker selling pirated copies of ‘Half of a yellow sun’.
What did he do?
Here’s what he Tweeted, “I seized these pirated copies of Half of the yellow sun from the guy selling in traffic n broke them in his presence.”
Now, that’s some gangster move.
Last we heard, Kunle Afolayan said he was relocating from Nigeria. How come he’s still destroying CD’s in traffic?

@Vospeaks What i’m saying sir is that his action = the army (allegedly) burning BRT buses. There’s a better way to handle it. — Lekan (@Lekkann) September 1, 2014
@kunleafolayan @eldivyn You don’t get a trophy for being just as lawless as them.
