Have Fayose’s supporters started rioting in Ado-Ekiti? (PHOTOS)

The bid by the 19 All Progressives Congress’ lawmakers to impeach Governor Ayo Fayose may have led to a major crisis in the state.

On Monday, April 6, in order to impede the impeachment process, the Deputy governor, aides of Fayose and several members of the Peoples Democratic Party, had blocked the two major roads leading to the state House of Assembly.

The move was to block the APC from sitting to impeach Fayose… and it seemed to work.

However, on Tuesday, April 7, supporters of the governor and thugs came out to protest the planned impeachment.

According to eyewitnesses on the scene, the protest has led to a riot, as hired thugs are reportedly moving around the state’s capital, Ado-Ekiti.
