The second set of matches in Week 8 of the English Premier League was full of interesting moments as goals came in their torrents.

Theo Walcott was the star of the show as Arsenal secured all three points against Welsh side Swansea.

The winger scored two first half goals before Gyfil Sigurdsson pulled one back for the Swans.

Birthday boy Mesut Ozil scored a stunning volley to make it three for the Gunners before Baston scored Swansea’s second goal. Arsenal’s Granit Xhaka was sent off.

Super Stekelenburg hands Everton a well deserved draw

Dutch goalkeeper Stekelenburg was the man of the match as he saved two penalties from Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne in the first half and another from Sergio Aguero in the second.

Romelu Lukaku scored a beautiful solo goal, but his effort was cancelled out by another birthday boy Nolito to make the game even.

Bournemouth batter Hull City

Junior Stanislas was the star as AFC Bournemouth put six goals past Hull City.

He scored two goals and provided two assists in his team 6-1 mauling of Hull City.

Spurs hold West Bromwich Albion to a draw

Goals from Nacer Chadli for West Bromwich and Deli Alli for Spurs late in the game meant that both sides shared the points at the Hawthorns.

Cool Allen scores twice as Stoke City beats Sunderland

The midfielder was composed as he took both chances brilliantly securing all three points for Mark Hughes’ side.
