G-worldwide accuses Kiss Daniel of evading service of court papers

The legal battle between Nigerian singer, Kiss Daniel and his former label, G-worldwide Entertainment Ltd seems to be getting hotter by the second.

Following a court order G-worldwide released restricting the singer from using his stage name, performing and distributing songs without the label’s permission, Kiss Daniel responded with a statement from his lawyers describing G-worldwide’s suit as “laughable and unbelievable”.

In its counter reaction, G-worldwide says the singer evaded the service of court papers. The label added, “The attempt to mislead the public is unfortunate and disgraceful. We expect him to say he has received the documents and he and his team are working to respond to the claims.”

The label insists, “…what the court directed is the position of parties under the recording contract has to be maintained. Now, under the recording contract, Mr. Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe is not to use his stage name Kiss Daniel or publish or perform any of the songs without the express consent of G-world Entertainment. “

 

Tupac’s ex-girlfriend is putting a photo of his penis up for sale

There’s about to be another posthumous auction of something that belongs to late rapper, Tupac Shakur.

Recently, Tupac‘s love letter to Madonna was put for auction but now, you will be able to purchase a picture of his penis if you have $7500 to spare. Good deal or nah?

TMZ reports that Tupac’s ex took the photo “in the middle of a 1990 house party in Marin County”.  The rapper reportedly had a habit of flashing his genitals among friends and the said girlfriend at the time threatened to take a photo if he didn’t cover up. He didn’t bow to the threat and today, we have an auction material on our hands.

TMZ adds that, “A rock ‘n’ roll auction house is accepting offers, but if she can’t get the asking price, the woman plans to let it go to the highest bidder.”

Joke Silva was an adopted child

Celebrated actress, Joke Silva revealed what can be described as a shocking detail of her background while she spoke at the annual conference of the Heritage Adoption Support and Advocacy Group (HASAAG) in Lagos.

Aunty Joke as she is fondly called told how she found out her parents, Chief and Dr Silva are not her biological parents.

She said, “I got to know years later when I wanted to travel and was looking for my passport where my mum kept it. . . Since she was not around, I opened the box in her absence and I saw my adoption papers. I never discussed it with my mum because I felt it was something that would hurt her, that was why, it was kept secret from me.”
