Drake announces date for his next album

Rapper Drake has announced the release date for his next album.

The rapper made the big announcement via his Instagram page by way of photo. In the image, Drake backing a camera is seen sporting a jacket with the words “Scorpion,” “June 2018” and “by Drake.”

The rapper revealed the album title as ‘Scorpion’.

He has been winning since the turn of the year following the release of billboard topping singles, ‘God’s Plan’ and ‘Nice for what’, with accompanying visuals.

R. Kelly faces fresh sexual misconduct accusations

American singer R. Kelly is facing fresh accusations of sexual misconduct.

The unnamed woman was represented by her lawyer who claimed she was in a relationship with the singer for 11 months.

According to BBC, the lawyer Lee Merritt claims R. Kelly tried to make the woman who was 19 and a minor at the time a member of the sex cult he has been accused so many times of running.

Merritt also accuses the singer of “predatory, controlling and abusive behaviour” and “furnishing alcohol and illegal drugs to a minor“.

Travis Scott responds to lawsuit over cancelled show days after daughter’s birth

Travis Scott has responded to being sued by promoter PJAM LLC after cancelling a show on Feb. 4, two days after girlfriend Kylie Jenner gave birth to their child, daughter Stormi Webster. He has also filed a counter-suit against the company.

Scott’s attorneys say that the promoters failed to arrange transportation for the rapper and have tried to “shake Travis down to avoid the consequences of their breaches” and because they have gone public with their grievances they want the $50,000 balance still owed to him for the gig.

The law firm King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP, gave the following statement, “Three wannabe promoters—Alex Martini, Jefferson Agar and Patrick Johnston, and their company PJAM, contracted with Travis Scott to appear at a February 4 show under terms they had no financial ability to satisfy—even completely failing to arrange to get him to and from the event as required. In an obvious effort to shake Travis down and avoid the consequences of their breaches, they filed a spurious lawsuit while spreading specious falsehoods in the press.”
