Kiss Daniel’s former manager says the singer “dodged receiving court papers”

Since his exit from record label G-worldwide, Kiss Daniel has been dragged through a legal tussle that may cost him even his stage name.

Last week, Kiss Daniel and his legal team debunked claims made by G-worldwide that they had served him a court order “refraining him from performing, recording or using the stage name, Kiss Daniel”.

Now, his former manager, Louiza Williams is accusing Kiss Daniel of lying to the public and avoiding court officials.

In an interview with Punch Newspaper, Williams said, “It is not true that he is unaware of the court order. Court officials went to his house to serve him the documents but he avoided them. When he was told by his gateman that he had visitors, he said he was coming out to see them. But when he discovered they were from the court, he refused to come out…”

She added, “He had been taking bookings from behind but because of the court orders that we made public, most of the clients are now panicking. They have been putting pressure on him to refund their monies.”

Kiss Daniel and his team are yet to respond to her claims.

Kim Kardashian reveals it’s “frustrating” she can’t carry her third pregnancy

It’s no longer news that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their third child through a surrogate mother after doctors told Kim carrying a pregnancy poses danger to her life.

As delivery day draws closer, the reality show star has opened up on entrusting her child to a stranger.

On a new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim K said, “It is frustrating like to not be able to do it on your own. It is a weird dynamic. Like I go to all the doctor’s appointments and I try to be really present, but when you’re not carrying it yourself it is such a fine balance of how much you’re going to be in their lives. Of course I want to know ever last detail that’s going on with my baby and that’s super frustrating, but I really trust my surrogate and I don’t want to be that person that’s trying to control her every move.

On her surrogate’s privacy, Kim said, “I don’t want people to find my surrogate. Like I don’t want them to harass her. Like she doesn’t know how to handle stuff like that, this isn’t her world.
