Chibok girls: The sorrow, pain and grief of the parents (VIDEO)

276 girls were daringly abducted on April 14, 2014 – from their hostels in Government Girls School in Chibok, Borno state by members of the terrorist group, Boko Haram – leaving behind a trail of grieving yet hopeful parents who would give anything to see their children free again.

Of the 276 girls abducted, about 57 escaped from the claws of the terrorists on the day of the kidnap leaving 219 remaining girls who are today still in captivity.

Two years later, the parents of these missing girls are down from the trauma but they are hopeful; they mourn, yet still believe; they are frustrated but they patiently wait for that one moment when their children would be returned to them alive.
