Calls for Nominations for The Future Awards Africa 2015 has been extended

The Central Working Committee (CWC) for The Future Awards Africa has announced the extension of the call for nominations for the awards.

The nominations which were previously supposed to end on the 11th of September have been extended till the 30th of September, 2015.

This development is to give room for more credible nominations from all across Africa.

The nominations we have received so far have been awe -inspiring and as the team goes around Africa conducting town hall meetings and hearing of the innovation and leadership being shown by young people in various communities around Africa, it has been decided that it is imperative to extend nominations to capture more of what the youth have to offer in solving their continents biggest problems”- said Mfon Ekpo, Executive Director, The Future Project Africa

The awards seek nominations from the general public, of young Africans between the ages of 18 and 31 who have been able to create incredible impact and well documented accomplishments within their community or globally in the last year. These achievements should revolve around their results, potential for growth and the ability to inspire other young Africans.

Highlighting the theme for this year’s10th anniversary “Imagine Africa!” the search continues for young achievers fulfilling the promise of the continent. TFAA is proud to demonstrate the richness and variety of positive change catalyzed by these young ideas.
