BET has announced nominations for the 2020 Awards ceremony, which will also mark its 20th anniversary. The awards celebrate the brightest stars across music, television, film, sports, and philanthropy.The nominees announced in the Best International Act Award category are: Burna Boy, Innoss’B, Sho Madjozi, Dave, Stormzy, Ninho, and S.Pri Noir.
In the category for Viewer’s Choice: Best New International Act are: Rema, Sha Sha, Celeste, Young T & Bugsey, Hatik and Stacy.
The 2020 BET Awards will air live on June 28 across ViacomCBS networks, including CBS for the first time. The show, which will be a virtual celebration because of the Coronavirus pandemic, will also air on BET and BET HER. The best of luck to Burna Boy and Rema.

FG warns state against reopening schools and viewing centres
States have been warned against reopening schools and other activities of mass gatherings ahead of proposed relaxation of measures taken to curb the spread of coronavirus in the country.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 gave the warning at the group’s daily briefing in Abuja on Monday.
Presidency denies missing N23 billion in SDGs office

All passengers must arrive three hours before take off – FAAN
As the Federal government prepares to lift the ban on domestic flights, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has said that passengers who would be travelling via any of the flights will now be required to be at the airport three hours before takeoff time.
In a tweet posted on its handle, FAAN said the three hours early arrival is necessary to allow time for passengers to go through the necessary COVID-19 checks before boarding flights.
