Brexit: ‘Remain’ agitators to hold protests in major cities

A crackdown dubbed “War on Brexit” is brewing as “thousands” of Remainers are promising to take cities hostage and hold massive rallies.

The set of UK citizens who had refused to accept Brexit mandate have insisted to embark on the march in order to disrupt Britain’s divorce from Brussels.

The march organiser, Kaz Llewellyn, said, “We have to apply relentless pressure on the government from all angle to make them listen”.

“We will be marching on the streets, lobbying with white papers, and creating strong local awareness”.

Kaz expressed further, “The campaign will show that the ‘will of the people’ is changing and that remaining in the European Union is definitely still on the table.”

The campaign mission reads, “Remain movement is turning up the pressure! With planned series of marches throughout the UK, petitions, white papers, and community campaigns, the Remainers are getting serious about Brexit and forming an active resistance”.

The mission statement added, “The anti-Brexit movement is unifying and forming active grass roots resistance to Brexit.”

The first march with an expected 120,000 attendees takes place in London on September 9.

Other marches will be held in Manchester, Bournemouth, Brighton, Brussels and Luxembourg.
