Boko Haram releases video of insurgents farming, operating computers (WATCH)

Terrorist group, Boko Haram has released a new video showing its men engaging in their normal business.

In the 29-minute video posted by TheCable, the group showed its men in a local bakery and on their farmlands.

It showed items such as foodstuff, books, cement, automobile spare parts were displayed in shops.

Some of the insurgents were also seen operating computers while others were riding motorcycles.

An old man who spoke in the video, according to a translation by TheCable said, they have been living well in the forest.

He dismissed claims by the army that the group has been defeated.

“You can see that we are doing well and living fine. Look at our crops, they are growing well,” he said.

One of those being trained in the video also said, “We are ready to do everything to protect our territory… we won’t allow an inch of our territory to be penetrated by the infidels”.

The group recently released a video of some University of Maiduguri staff who were kidnapped while on oil exploration in Maiduguri.
