Militant group, Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) have destroyed another oil installation belonging to Chevron.
According to the group’s spokesperson, Mudoch Agbinibo, the attack was carried out between the hours of 10:50pm to 11:10pm on Wednesday.
He revealed that the Avengers “strike team blew up Chevron Manifolds. the manifolds are RMP 22, 23 and 24.”
The militants further wished happy Eid Mubabrak to “our Muslim Brothers.”

Has any one told these so called Avengers that even if they succeed in getting full autonomy to take over their resources, that it will cost them money and time to put those facilities in place. More so, they don’t have the expertise to do it. What signal are they sending to would be investors? Do they think they will just walk up and embrace them to develop their oil with their attitude? In as much as we want a change in which the country should be govern, I think they should desist from embarrassing themselves and seek a better way to shut all oil exploration down than destroying facilities. I believe in true federalism. Let’s mobilize for a referendum. Let it start today.
