#IncaseYouMissedIt ‘The Birdies’ are a spoof awards to end the year on an exciting note. There is no award ceremony. There are no plaques. Let’s just have a ‘lil fun!
Gosh. We delayed the scheduled Monday announcement following the news that the Nigerian government had removed the subsidy on fuel. But now we are taking a quick break from our on-the-minute coverage of #FuelSubsidyRemoval to announce the winners of ‘The Birdies’ 2012!
The online awards was in two stages: the nomination and the voting stage. There were 5 more categories this year and we encouraged everyone to nominate their favourite tweeters. The four tweeters with the highest votes made it to the voting stage. Voting has ended and we now have the winners.
PS : If you’re one of those who will rail over its ‘vainness’, don’t get your knickers in a twist; let your hair down – like we said, we just had a little fun!

Why would they rsceept our opinion? They only needed our votes , does jonathan made an public manifesto before election that we can references to? Nigerian leaders are there to get rich and make life difficult for the citizens, they think they are less concerned. God will vindicate and recompence all deeds with time.
Nice one. Way to go people.
