The defunct Plantashun Boiz group, made up of 2face, Black face, and Faze – are reportedly working on a new collaborative track.
The group, which was Nigeria’s most popular music group between 1998 and 2003, released a début album ‘body and soul’ before disbanding, only to reunite in 2007 to push out another record, ‘Plan-B’.
According to TheNet, pop icon, 2face Idibia has revealed that the trio have worked on a new track. When queried on the chances of another reunion, he simply said, “Actually, we are working on a song together.”
The last time Plantashun boiz performed together was in 2012 at 2face’s ‘Buckwyld and Breathless’ concert, where they rendered several of their old classics.
