2017 Confed Cup: Germany beat Chile to win title

The final of the 2017 Confederations Cup ends with a 1-0 win to Germany.

Germany’s 28-year-old Lars Stindl opened the scoring with an assist from Timo Werner, 20, placing them at an advantage until half time.

Joachim Low‘s young squad performed incredibly well throughout the evening, despite Chile bossing possession for most of the evening.

La Roja kept attacking in waves as they desperately tried to break down their opponents, but they just couldn’t find a way through.
